On Friday 8th May Impact are finalists in the Evening Echo’s Essex Countywide Business Awards 2009. We are finalists in the Business to Business category, which takes place at the Cliff’s Pavillion in Southend.

We would like to thank all our clients for their business over the past few years, we wouldn’t even have dreamt of being a finalist without your support.

We will further update everyone, to the results hopefully on Monday Morning.

New Google Favicon…Again

Google have just released a new version of their favicon (favorite icon) - incorporating all the colours from their logo, the new icon launches fresh for 2009.

It replaces the previous ‘g’ design which I personally didn’t like. Bring on new!

Happy New Year and we hope you have enjoyed your short break from work and didn’t eat or drink too much.

Wow I can’t believe that 2008 is over, it went so fast and now we are already straight into 2009, like 2008 was just a dream.

But it wasn’t a dream at all, it was a depressing year for many with all the negative publicity the media gave about the recession and unemployment on the rise, 2008 might of been best as a dream.

But thinking forward we are now into a new year, a fresh start and the chance to fight off the bad omens of 2008. Welcome to 2009!

This year is sure to bring many businesses a chance to bounce back, and what a better time to start than January, starting the year as you mean to go on.

Whatever your plans for 2009, make sure your business has a solid marketing plan in place to keep your business in your prospect’s and client’s faces constantly.
